authorized charge on credit card in January for some magazine renewal. I did not want this magazine.

I did not want a renewal. they give you no option on the automated phone service to get a refund. very hard time to get to a real person to demand a refund. on the automated service they only let you cancel or renew.

this is wrong to charge someone without their knowledge. its' a scam to get magazines that you don't want sent to you. Outrageous.

They take advantage of people who might not know what they are being charged for. Hopefully others will see this and get their issue resolved
